Our journey started with a boxing shop.

Jab Lab Fight Store was built around a love for boxing and the community that comes with it. From day one, our goal was simple: bring quality boxing equipment to fighters who take their training seriously. But early on, we ran into a problem — the big brands wouldn’t answer. Emails went unanswered, stock was hard to secure, and it became clear that relying on others wasn’t going to work.

So instead of waiting, we decided to build something ourselves.

That decision led to On Boxing.

It started with one sample pair of gloves and countless hours in the gym. We trained in sample and prototype gloves, sparred in them, broke them down, and asked one question over and over: what can be better? From that process, we developed five horsehair glove prototypes, later named the OB1’s. They were far from perfect — but fighters loved them. That was the moment we knew this wasn’t just an idea anymore.

We took it seriously.

Starting from zero followers, we launched our social media pages and posted every day, showing the gloves in real gym environments — no studio setups, no fake marketing. Orders began to come in slowly, while behind the scenes we worked relentlessly to improve quality, fit, and safety.

After months of research and testing, we partnered with a factory in Pakistan that has produced gloves for some of the biggest names in boxing. From there, the real work began — ordering samples, refining designs, and testing prototypes repeatedly in the gym to dial in padding balance, wrist support, and fit. Above everything else, our priority was creating the safest glove possible without sacrificing performance.

That process brings us to where we are today.

We now produce gloves that we genuinely believe stand up against — and in many cases exceed — brands that have been established for years. Every On Boxing product is developed through rigorous prototyping, testing, and refinement before ever being released for sale.

And we’re not stopping here.

Behind the scenes, new products are constantly being developed, tested, and improved to ensure anything released under the On Boxing name is the best of its kind. This is only the beginning.

On Boxing is built by fighters, for fighters — and we’re definitely a brand to watch.
